When my mom first got me the Bubee 16.9 Ounce Travel Mug/food Storage Jar Made in Taiwan, I was really impressed with how long it kept my tea hot. I then knew that this lunch jar would be perfect for keeping my soup and pasta warm until lunch time. Needless to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of this lunch jar. I haven't had a problem with leakage or spills (even when it's been lying on its side). It has a removable tray inside to keep your food separate (perfect for an entree with rice), and the carrying case that comes with the jar makes it convenient to carry. But most importantly, it is easy to clean. No more eating cold lunches due to the absence of a microwave! If you prefer to keep your rice and entrees in separate containers, though, I'd recommend the Two Stainless Steel Vaccum Lunch Jar By Bubee. Otherwise, this is perfect for when I bring fried rice, chow mein, spaghetti & meatballs, or whatever you can just dump into one container.Tip: before putting your hot food in the jar, rinse it with boiling hot water first. It will prevent the cold jar from cooling down your food in an instant.
