beyond excellent

My daughter has this in the blue pattern that matches the mini-bento set (which she also has). we've had it prob 2 yrs now. this little thermos is excellent! i have packed it for school before 7am, and she's come home at 3:30 and it would still contain ice. she left it at school yesterday and i opened it 26hrs after packing it and took a sip...the fizzy water still has fizz and is still cold, not just cool! if that isn't a testimony to it's superior insulating abilities, what is? oh and it has been dropped and dropped and dropped and remains undented. it can be difficult to open by a 5-7yr old if tightened firmly, but the lid doesn't need to be cranked and torqued tightly-it seals just fine if just lightly tightened an doesn't leak. it is also a very streamlined design for the amount of fluid it holds. it is much smaller than the average bottled water bottles-only 2 inches in diam and 7 in circumference, not heavy when full. so in addition to it's superior insulating abiliies, it seems nearly indestructable, has a small footprint, and is comfortable for small hands to use. what's not to love?highly recommend without the least reservations!
