AA++ Quality bottle!!`

I have to say I looked everywhere for a bottle that would be easy to clean and leak proof. I went to Bed bath and Beyond I went to Target etc..I ended up buying bottles that within a week would have the smell of the first drink you poured in and after that it became very hard to get rid of any smell in the bottle.This Zojirushi bottle is Amazing.It seals very tight. It has two openings. One for drinking out of and the other to remove the whole top part and clean the inside.The material inside is the best part of the bottle. I can honestly say I have not once had to use a scrubber to clean my smoothies in the bottle.I simply pour a little hot water inside , shake it and its clean. Nothing sticks or binds to it. Its sooo nice.I have heard people say the inside is made of a dangerous material, but it only is dangerous if heated to over 500 degrees were the material starts to decompose... so its safe.I recommend this bottle to anyone who wants an easy to clean, easy to use bottle.I have 2 of them and take them to work in my bike everyday.

Why did they use a nonstick coating on the inside?

The major complaint I have is that they coated the inside with a nonstick coating that leaches chemicals into your drink. Also when you use a bottle brush it will scratch and eventually start peeling and you will be drinking it. I am not willing to put my health at risk.
