Literally the best to-go cup you will find.
By emmi
YES. I looked at a bunch of different reusable coffee cups and spent a LOT of time trying to find the best one, and this appears to be it. The first thing I did when I received this was to measure out 16 oz of water and pour it into the tumbler to see if it would fit. It does! It is very nice to find a reusable travel cup for coffee that is ACTUALLY 16 oz as advertised. For clarity I will just list the pros and cons of what I have experienced so far.Pros-Actually holds 16 oz of liquid. This is the equivalent of a "medium" at Starbucks, etc.-The lid fits securely and does not leak. And despite the very secure fit, it isn't difficult to put the lid on.-The materials are ideal: The stainless steel body means I don't need to worry about plastic chemicals leeching into my drink, and it is less fragile than ceramic. The silicone lid is heat-resistant and should be pretty durable. And of course, I won't be throwing away countless paper cups anymore.-Even though the lid is thick silicone, it doesn't feel weird to sip from it. It's shaped just like the Solo coffee cup lid (what they use at Starbucks and many gas stations).-The double-wall vacuum insulates well; My hot drinks stay hot, and my iced drinks stay cold. Even after pouring in boiling water for tea, my hands can barely tell it's warm in there.-Even though you don't need it, this thing looks darn near sexy with a nice coffee cup sleeve on it. Though be careful if you decide to buy a sleeve, as the tumbler is a little larger than normal paper cups due to the double-wall. I'd suggest a fabric sleeve that can stretch a little. I use a bamboo cork sleeve to help my hand grip the cup a little better.-The "plug" on the bottom of the tumbler that seals the vacuum causes the tumbler to grip a little bit to the table; I don't worry about it slipping around very much. I wonder if they intended this when designing the tumbler... it's a nice perk.Cons-The only imperfection I can find is that I would prefer if this were made in the USA. (It is made in China.)-With regards to function, I have no complaints to report so far, but I plan to use the heck out of this cup. I am curious (and will be keeping a close eye on) if it is possible to scratch the black color on the outside or if the lid or vacuum plug will deteriorate with prolonged use. I'll be keeping an eye on this. If I don't come back and edit my review, it is safe to assume that I am still content with my purchase.Bottom line: This cup has made one very picky consumer very happy. Let's all just buy this perfect cup and carry it around instead of throwing away a cup a day from our nearest cafe.

Plastic free Travel Mug! The Lid is Silicone
By G. Miller
A mug that delivers for those that are skeptical of plastic being truly chemical free. I looked at many travel mugs and all the stainless ones had plastic lids. This mug uses food grade silicone (at least that's what the manufacturer's website says. The down and dirty:The good:- double wall insulated - keeps things cold or hot depending on the beverage- silicone lid stays on tight and minimizes leakage- light, strong and durable- I've already dropped the sucker twice!- One of the most affordable double wall stainless mugs out there- It appears to be 18/8 stainless- should be verified on the descriptionThe not so good:- made in china- someones got to be making USA made. I'd pay more for a mug like this!- seam sealed on the interior- time will tell if this will pose a problem- no indication of ordering replacement lids- I even checked the manufacturer's website Simple Green solutions- would be nice if there was some food grade silicone approval seal on the description so us consumers can make an informed decisionThe only other competition is Kleen Kanteen, but they use plastic covers for their travel mugs. You can opt for stainless screw on lids, but I like the sipper lids for tea or cofee. Note Kleen's use #5 plastic which is supposedly the safest of the plastic options. I wish Kleen's were made in the US.This is the best mug so far for those looking for plastic free and potentially chemical free(no certification yet) .

By Kateyras
Great travel cups, plus it fits in my Keurig! I looked and looked and so glad I found these. Keeps coffee hot for a long time, yet is lightweight and fits perfectly in car cup holder.
