I have been looking all of zojirushi's small thermo mugs and decided on this one since product review said "stainless steel interior". I received it today and the interior has a nonstick grey coating and made in Thailand not Japan as the Brand. Misleading product description and not happy here. The Zojirushi site has a full SM-DB35PA description and wish I've read and seen the grey interior there.I decided to return this one and ordered the new version Zojirushi SM-KHE36NL Stainless Steel Mug, 12 Ounce, Champagne Gold This one has a slicksteel interior and you can check this out on the Zojirushi site. I want a small one like this to bring on plane and trip and hope will be happy with the new one!!

I purchased this Zojirushi stainless steal mug about a month ago. Very well made, sleek, and in the vibrant pink color. The stainless steel is sturdy and looks very sleek. Fits easily into a medium size bag without any spilling. The cap has a lock, which prevents mess from happening on the road or when the bottle gets jostled around. As far as heat retention is concerned, I drink hot coffee in the morning (like at 8:30), and by the end of the work day, it is still hot! In fact when you keep the cap on, it retains heat so well, that I actually burn my tongue even after hours of having liquid in the bottle. Pricey bottle, but well worth the money. You even have a lucky elephant Zojirushi trademark graphic on the bottom to give it the cute factor. Don't be fooled by the "cute design" though. This thing's an animal when it comes to liquid heat retention.

This mug is the best because it keeps drinks hot or cold for very long period. This suit for active and busy life style.
