It's heavier and bulkier than I was hoping for. I should have known to check the Zojirushi website before I ordered. it weighs 12oz, almost a pound! It is one of the heaviest of their mugs. I'm sending it back and ordering SM-EAE30 (6oz; half the weight) instead.

What a wonderful product!

I love this "mug"--it keeps my tea hot for a long time, and I can screw the lid on (it doesn't leak!) and take my tea along in my bag when I head to class to teach. The lid actually is two pieces--the top cap opens to reveal a small reservoir which I use to keep a tea-bag in (either a new one or the one I just used and will use again--yes, I confess to liking weak tea!) I like it so much, I use it every day, carrying it to work and home again (and using it at home, too)The clear outside shell is removable so the inner picture can be easily customized. I didn't like the design that came with the mug, so replaced it with a picture of my kids. Very Cute! Thank you, Zojirushi! I can't think of any way to improve this product.
