Perfect rice measure for rice cookers.

This is the perfect standard measure for most rice cookers. It allows you to pinpoint the perfect water to rice ratio for the best rice you will ever eat. With this cup you don't have to wonder if your finger or hand is measuring the water properly, or trying to find the correct conversions using an American cup measure. The cup works for just about all rice cookers, not just for the Zojirushi brand (it is 180 ml). I ordered this after losing the rice cup for my Sanyo Micom ECJ-HC55S machine. I HATED trying to figure out the proper measure and I even tried using the finger method and it was usually hit or miss, making either overcooked rice or undercooked rice. Now I don't have to worry anymore. Just used this cup and the corresponding lines in the rice cooker bowl, and I am now enjoying the most delicious rice for dinner. Thank you!!

Does what it is supposed to do

Precisely measures the rice for the cooker. Measuring the water is another issue.I love this cooker. The only problem with the cup is it's easy to misplace which is why I had tro order a replacement.

180ml not standard for Rival

I bought this to replace the one that came with my Rival 6-cup rice maker, but it turns out Rival supplies a 160ml cup, and this is 180ml. The cup is exactly as advertised, but I should have done more research first.
