Purchased this item and was apprehensive because of the price but it is worth it. It keeps my coffee "hot" from 6 am to 3 pm! Previous reviewer mentions no English instructions and not sure if it can be washed in dishwasher. There is an insert that came with it that might have been missing from their box. It clearly states not to put it in the dishwasher. I like the slim size as well as the fact that it is easy to clean.

This mug is awesome. Easy to clean with the exception that you do need a little pipe cleaner for part of the mouth. It is sturdy, keeps coffee hot for an entire day. Holds a little more than 2 cups. Very well designed and easy to open, close and drink from. Highly recommend. I have had this mug for almost 10 months now and use it pretty much every day. I had some heart burn about spending so much on a coffee mug but it was definitely worth it.

Just like the previous reviewers, I actually burned my tongue on the coffee that I had put in the mug a good 3 hours earlier despite leaving the lid open or even off for long periods. The vacuum seal keeps your drinks piping hot for at least 6 hours, so be sure you don't put things in there that are extra hot with the expectation they'll cool quickly because they won't! According to the specs, it should keep things at 190°F for 1hr or 165°F for 6 hours. It keeps things cold equally well, 48°F for 6 hours!The locking mechanism and mouth area are well designed (no gushing of hot liquid). Also, the slim design makes it fit into normal sized cup holders in cars and backpacks easily.Seriously, best mug ever.
